Live the Life of Your Dreams “There are two things that are preventing you from living the life of your dreams”, Colin proffers. “The first is clarity. You know what you don’t want – you don’t want to be unhappy, unhealthy, or working in a job that you can barely tolerate. But do you know what you want?” he asks. “All of the momentum in the world is worth nothing if you’re heading in the wrong direction!” “The second factor is confidence. There is what psychologists call the “confidence-competence loop” – the more that you do something, the more confident you become in that particular skillset. But herein lies the problem… As my mentor, Bob Proctor, once told me, “It’s the start that stops most people.” Do you possess the confidence to take the first step?” Colin synthesises confidence and clarity from stress and overwhelm. Having extricated himself from a definite work-life imbalance as a senior manager within the Retail and Hospitality sectors, Colin now supports professionals and high-achievers to THRIVE – empowering them to do more of what they love, with who they love to do it with. Ask yourself, “Have you been so busy making a living that you forgot to create a life?” Having experienced stress, and witnessing mental health deterioration in immediate family members, it is Colin’s ultimate mission to elevate mental health services to (at least) a level of parity with the National Health Service ( NHS ) in the United Kingdom. As an accredited Mental Health Instructor, Colin delivers stress and resilience workshops in Elstree, in the United Kingdom. Colin is passionately striving to raise awareness – whilst eradicating the stigma - around Mental Health, through delivering certified training to the youth – and workplaces - of the UK. Colin is a CPD Accredited MasterCoach and NLP Master Practitioner. Colin is also a graduate of Brendon Burchard’s High Performance Masters Programme, and is certified through Berkeley and Harvard. As a certified consultant with The Proctor Gallagher Institute, Colin is personally mentored by Bob Proctor - widely regarded as the world’s foremost expert on human potential, and wealth creation. Colin encourages a different level of thinking - a different perspective - to engender viable solutions. “You cannot solve a problem with the same level of thinking that you used when you created it.” (Einstein). Colin is keen to reinforce that Coaching is not a “One Size Fits All” approach – he coaches every individual differently, because every individual is different… Colin recommends that each of his prospective clients first applies for a complimentary Breakthrough session. They are then invited to complete a confidential questionnaire in advance of the session, detailing their expectations of the coaching relationship and their desired outcome(s). This consultation serves not only to provide clarity, and to gauge the compatibility between Colin and the client, but serves also to spark initial momentum into the coaching relationship. The session and questionnaire provide the core foundation from which a bespoke coaching programme can be tailored for each individual client. Colin has invested tens of thousands of pounds, and dedicated years of study towards honing his craft.
