She decided to name the business ‘Thats Badd’, inspired by the fact that when she wore her designs people would say “that’s badass”. This is also reflected in the company’s motto, which is “be strong, be sexy, be bold, and be baddass everyday”. Reya and her team believe that this is how people should live their lives and express themselves because “why follow when you can lead”. Thats Badd Apparel’s core line of clothing is the Thats Badd Collection. It features original attire branded with the iconic Badd logo, including hoodies, t-shirts, and tanks that come in a variety of colours. In addition to this range is a selection of embroidered snapback hats, adding accessories to the company’s scope of offerings. The foremost shades in the collection are red, black, and white, all of which are prominently featured in the company’s branding and on its website. Alongside its original branded clothing, Thats Badd Apparel collaborates with artists to create custom featured collections. Each season will feature a new artist and their custom print with a collectable hang tag to showcase the artist. For example, it has worked with tattoo artist Jay Bradley to design the Tattoo Collection, which includes streetwear like t-shirts, shirts, tanks, dresses, leggings, and joggers, all with unique tattoo-inspired designs. Some of the garments feature both block colour and patterned fabric, uniquely spliced together to create eye-catching apparel. Thats Badd Apparel also teamed up with Jay Bradley to create the Cannabis Collection, an Launched in 2019, Thats Badd Apparel is a one-of-a-kind clothing brand with four stylish collections, all available to purchase online and in-store at select locations in Ontario and Nova Scotia, with intentions of branching out to retail chains North America wide in the near future. Thats Badd Apparel also has an ongoing collaboration with self-made radio host and rapper Donnel Johnson, also known as D M.O.S.T da Host, to create the Ill Thinker Collection. The line was named after his radio show, which pays tribute to all the hard workers and innovative thinkers across the world. Available to purchase online and at retail locations it primarily features black hoodies and t-shirts embroidered with the Ill Thinker logo in different colours, including blue, yellow, red, and white. This collection embodies the essence of streetwear and is truly stylish in every way.
