The Law Firm Messner Reeves LLP has announced the opening of a new office in Salt Lake City, Utah, the firm’s seventh office nationwide. The office will be managed by Partner Torben M. Welch, who was previously an attorney and partner with Mess- ner Reeves’ Denver office from 2008 – 2017.
