We speak to CEO, Dr. Amjed Ghanim, about the firmand its offering. Creative Management Solutions Innovation Develop- ment and Manage- ment Consultants (IDMC) is a consulting firm specialising in designing and delivering profes- sional management and develop- ment advisory services to public and private sectors, as well as NGOs. Amjed Ghanim is the Chief Execu- tive Officer of IDMC and has more than 20 years’ worth of experience in quality management, institutional development, strategic planning, human resources, and project management. Dr. Ghanim holds a PhD in Quality Engineering, MS Electrical Engi- neering, MS in Quality Engineering and Information Systems, and BS in Electrical Engineering.
