We speak to CEO, Dr. Amjed Ghanim, about the firmand its offering. Creative Management Solutions Innovation Develop- ment and Manage- ment Consultants (IDMC) is a consulting firm specialising in designing and delivering profes- sional management and develop- ment advisory services to public and private sectors, as well as NGOs. The areas the firm covers include: leadership, quality and standards, excellence, innovation, strategic planning, organisational development, and human resource development. Amjed Ghanim is the Chief Execu- tive Officer of IDMC and has more than 20 years’ worth of experience in quality management, institutional development, strategic planning, human resources, and project management. Dr. Ghanim holds a PhD in Quality Engineering, MS Electrical Engi- neering, MS in Quality Engineering and Information Systems, and BS in Electrical Engineering. He is a certified management consultant (CMC) and Good Governance, as well as a licensed EFQM Advisor and Trainer. “We always seek to provide world- class consulting services that are cost effective and tailor made to each institution to meet the require- ments of our clients and exceed their expectations,” Dr. Ghanim explains. IDMC was founded late 1996 by an established group of management engineers, information specialists, and economic and organisation- al development experts with a vision for nurturing innovation and state-of-the-art global systems and practices among leaders and practitioners. “Our mission is to provide and guide creative management solu- tions to clients in the government, public, and private sectors through fostering knowledge and orches- trating worldwide partnerships. Our key commitment is to assist our clients in the best ways that are most important to them and help establish sustainable and flourish- ing businesses.” Since commencing its operations in 1996, IDMC has already de- signed and implemented hundreds of projects in Palestine and in Arab countries and it has offices in Ramallah and Nablus, Palestine; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; and in Waterloo, Canada. The firm is also a member of the Associ- ation of IT companies (PITA), a member of the global Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Jordan Branch and a business partner of the European Foun- dation for Quality Management (EFQM).
