On the back of this tremendous success, we profile the firmand caught up with Rebecca Lauder- Fletcher who provided us with a detailed behind the scenes glimpse into the innerworkings of the innovative company. Leading Lights in Recruitment Established in 2015, Source Group International is a global staffing agency specializing in recruitment across Technology, Life Science & Pharmaceuticals, and Consultancy, across multiple industries, locations and skill sets. Throughout the years, the team at Source Group International have worked alongside clients from various backgrounds, in- cluding small, ambitious start-ups to large, well-established global multi-nationals and everything in between. Rebecca begins by going into further detail about Source Group International and the vast variety of sectors that the team specialises in. “Here at Source Group Internation- al, we hire across a diverse range of sectors such as Technology, Life Science and Pharmaceuticals, from development to project man- agement, big data to electronics, digital to infrastructure to name but a few. In addition to this, we also work across multiple industries, including financial services, con- sultancies and software houses to aerospace, automotive, IoT and Communications organisations.” Working behind the scenes to ensure that deadlines are met and a personalised service is provided, is the innovative, talented and passionate team which forms the backbone of Source Group International. When discussing the internal culture, Rebecca is keen to highlight the significant role the team plays in the overall success of the firm. “As a business, investment in our culture is the single most defining element when defining success, working environment, benefits and rewards is a top priority for us. Our teams are critical to our ability to be able to create and ex- ecute strong recruitment services. We look for a combination of bal- ance, fun, reward and success. “Overall, we recognise that people spend a lot of time at work, and we work hard to create a fun, lively, supportive environ- ment to enable them to enjoy it! As a result, we have doubled our staff headcount year on year and adapted to the needs of each staff member following our expansion. Within the past two years, we have also expanded from 15 consultants at our Lon- don office to 50 globally. Every member of staff is key to our company expansion, and so in- ternationalisation and movement across offices is a key opportu- nity that we offer and provide to staff for hitting targets.” As for what the future holds for the firm, Source Group Inter- national has already doubled turnover year on year since their inception five years ago, and the team hope to continue building on this remarkable success. Bringing the interview to a close, Rebecca signs of by revealing the exciting projects which lie in the pipeline for the team at Source Group International, touching on the firm’s plans to further expand the businesses global presence, as well as the launch of their Operational & Financial Platform that will strengthen the service offering within the Source Group. “We have invested in a CFO, Operations Director, Marketing Function and moving towards a training academy, and are devel- oping automated systems and processes that enable exemplary customer care and compliance. “2019 has been a big year for us - we have successfully opened an office in LA, NYC and soon to open in Houston. We’ve jumped into the US Market and with that expanded divisions and skillsets - expanding into Autonomous Driving & Electric vehicles.
