Since being founded in 2016 by Roberta Gilardi (CEO and Director of Digital Health Lab G2), Massimiliano Gilardi (Director of BAN and Head of Fundrasing for Startup) and SOGEFID S.p.A. (M&A and Financial Advisory), the firm has gone from strength to strength. In 2019, they added 2019 Francesco Zaini to their leadership. In his position as Partner, he was brought his great experience in Financial Institution and Strategic Advice, before taking on the role of Director of the G2 Open Finance Unit. In 2020, G2 undertook and continued a major development, with the implementation of a “collaborative” model between specialized partners, defining it as an “Innovation Constellation”.
