Greybridge Search & Selection was set up by MD Matt Neale in 2012, with the aim of creating the type of recruitment consultancy that he himself would want to work for. Greybridge specialise in the placement of Strategy, Change & Transformation professionals across a range of industries. Notably, it’s the only recruiter of its kind in the Midlands. 
Different in their approach, the company works with fewer clients at any one time, choosing to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates over quick wins. The teams’ extensive years of experience in this field, along with their integrity and personable approach, is pivotal to their success.
