Nicole Michaelis is a UX Writer and Content Strategist based in Stockholm, Sweden. She has worked across many industries and is specialised in tech. Nicole’s clients include Spotify, SAS and Columbia Road. She combines creativity with an analytical mindset and always puts humans at the core of her work. She has a Master’s in Marketing and a background in engineering. In her free time Nicole writes poetry and published her first poetry collection (Nobody Cares But You) in 2019. She runs Content Rookie, a podcast an all things copy and content.
