We are one of the oldest and most prolific Craft Distilleries in British Columbia.
We use traditional techniques and Local Ingredients to make a huge variety of Artisanal Liquors. We produce Rye, Scotch, Irish and Bourbon Style Whiskeys, as well as Gin, Potato Vodka, Fruit Liqueurs, Rum, Absinthe and Eau-de Vie.
We are Sulphite Free, and we practice a (mostly) organic and low oak profile.
