Vehicles for Change Inc. (VFC) is an American non-profit organization that serves the surrounding
communities in Maryland and Virginia with donated vehicles. For over 21 years VFC has strived to end
generational poverty by empowering families with financial challenges to achieve economic and
personal independence with car ownership. VFC’s subsidiary program, Full Circle provides technical
training to formerly incarcerated men and women, equipping them with automotive skills, a job, and a
second chance.
